MANGO GREEN TEA

Updated: Jul 30, 2020

Drinks inspired by Avatar the Last Air Bender's Uncle Iroh: Part 2

One of my favorite drinks to get when boba shops were still open was the Mango Green Tea from Cha2o.

However, I'm stuck in quarantine and had to resort to making my own mango green tea. This video was also my first video to get over a million views so that was pretty cool.

MANGO GREEN TEA :

  1. 1 mango

  2. 1 - 3 tablespoons sugar (preference)

  3. 1 tablespoon water

  4. 1 green tea bags

  5. water (for the tea)

Cut up your mangos into slices and place them into your food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Add your mango puree, sugar, and a bit of water into a pot and let it heat up. I stir the mixture and usually let it boil for a few minutes. The amount of sugar you add is up to preference, taste as you go!

As your mango puree is cooling down, brew your green tea and let it cool down before adding ice. You can add in as much or as little of your mango puree as you want, the world is yours!!

Note: I eyeballed everything.
