featuring SPICY WATER

POV: It's a sunny Friday afternoon in NYC so you make a drink to celebrate the weekend.
One of my favorite drinks this summer! Really fun to make and super refreshing. Raspberries are such an underrated fruit so here's my appreciation post.
RASPBERRY LIMEADE INFUSED W/ ROSEMARY
5-7 raspberries
a few sprigs of fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons of simple syrup
2 ounces of vodka (or any amount of sprite, sparkling water, etc.)
1/4 cup of lime juice
a drizzle of honey
In a glass, muddle your raspberries and rosemary sprigs together. Add in your lime juice, honey, simple syrup, and vodka (or soda). If you have a shaker, pour your mixture over some fresh ice and shake. If not, add in some ice and mix your drink until it's cooled. Taste as you go and adjust the sweetness to your preference!
Straining your drink over some fresh ice is optional but it makes the drink much smoother.
HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE SYRUP: Heat up equal parts of sugar and water until the sugar is dissolved. Let it cool before using to sweeten any of your drinks.
IMPORTANT: I'm fortunate enough to be able to connect with everyone on here through baking and food but there are also many important issues going on that needs attention. Continue to learn, educate yourself, and grow.
